  I DJ'd a wedding at this venue several years ago. Being a DJ for over a decade, this is to my recollection one of the worst venues I've stepped foot in. I was forced to downgrade my DJ equipment to function properly due to the venue's poor electrical infrastructure. Beyond that, the venue is a dump. From the uninviting lobby where you enter, the outdated window dressings, and the carpeting the colour of vomit - this is the perfect venue if you're looking for a late 80s ambiance. I would more than likely refuse to DJ at this venue if ever contacted to in the future. This venue is need of a massive overhaul or better yet...demolition. I gave it one star rating because I'm in a good mood.

  I recently hosted a 60th birthday party at Rizzo. The serving staff were great, always checking to make sure that everything was fine with the meal. All our guests raved about the food, which was delicious and more than most could finish. The bartender was entertaining and having good laughs with our guests. Betty and Peter, whom I did the booking with were very accommodating, even to the point I had not mentioned that there were a few underage teenagers attending. Betty immediately said she was deducting a portion of the cost because I shouldn't be expected to pay for the bar for them. I can only say that this is the kind of place I want to give my business to, as they do a great job!
