  Please strongly consider removing the Tim’s Visa sales rep who hovers around your store like a socially awkward vulture. The last thing I want to do before I’ve had my first coffee of the day is to be harassed, in line, to sign up for another credit card I don’t want. All of the sudden the McDonald’s coffee at the other end of the mall is starting to become a lot more appealing.

  Visited it last year once. Experienced rude behaviour (watch for hostile body language). Nearby had many other coffee shops so I didn't go back for one year. This year is the same, but I was lucky that the cashier I met was friendly and provided fast service. I didn't put into my one-star review last year. This year has two stars.

  I've been going this coffee store for more than 10 years, recently the quality of the service became really awful, it's hard to get my order taken properly and food provided correctly based on the order. The servicing people seem scatter-minded there although with assistance of computer. I decided not to start my day with bad experience.
