  I've been here a few times and Bill and his daughter are both so knowledgable on the product and the cheese maker. Always glad I stopped in as are the people I share the cheese and pate with.

  I went to a wine tasting and The Art of Cheese provided the cheese that was paired with the wine. I must say that, for me, the cheese was the highlight of the night. They complimented the wine perfectly and introduced me to some new types of cheese that I probably would never have tried otherwise. The Art of Cheese is now my "go to" shop for cheese!

  I had a wonderful experience this afternoon at The Art Of Cheese on Kingston road. The owner Bill is passionate and extremely knowledgeable. His patience and enthusiasm in helping me select (tre monti de emilia) the right cheese made this one of the most pleasant food shopping experiences to date! When you're looking for quality, artisan cheese, shop local and support our beaches businesses!
