  I don't understand why this place is so hyped. We went there after hearing good things about it on a fine Saturday morning. There was a huge line and we had to wait for 45 minutes before getting a place (further inflating the hype). We ordered the usual omelates and stuff since we didn't want to eat the special burger in the morning,the food was nothing special or extraordinary. There is a very hipster ambiance to it, perhaps that's the attraction? Coz the food certainly wasn't worth the wait.

  Great view. Went on a weekday and still had to wait a short while - was worth it! Pancakes were excellent. Most of us had the daily burger, very filling and tasty!

  Cozy atmosphere. Felt like a bed and breakfast. Food and service was great.

  Went here for my birthday breakfast because of a BlogTO article on the best breakfast/brunch - dead wrong! The decor and theme is retro Canadian/Americana, vintage type mismatched diner tables and chairs that I'm pretty sure weren't cleaned since then. The grooves and seams of the tables have crusted and greased up food in them. Server cared more about whatever was on her phone. I ordered the special omlet of the day... The asparagus and was grey, limp and mushy but cold inside my omlet which means it was cooked previously (and overcooked at that). The omlet itself was bland, pale and rubbery, obviously made from carton eggs and undercooked to the point where it ooozed a strange liquid on my plate. Only positive thing was the home fries which actually are the best I've ever had! Super crispy and flavourful! This is the only thing I'd eat there if forced to go back.
