  Most disappointing experience thus far. Hostess was quite pleasant but the rest of our experience left much to be desired. Spinach dip was burnt, kids pizza was burnt and to add to the day we had bugs dining with us! It was absolutely disgusting! Not a "baby" friendly environment as there is no change table available! The waitress thoughtlessly placed a steaming hot dish in front of my 19 month old son! Who does that??? All in all I wouldn't even give it a one star.

  Walked in and there was a sign asking customers to wait to be seated. Five minutes goes by and no one comes over. I finally​picked up a menu behind the host stand to see if they would be worth the wait. A server walked by and didn't even acknowledge me. Three more minutes goes by and I walk into the bar. A male comes over, doesn't say hi and starts messing with sometimes being the bar. Finally I asked him if anyone was working in the main restaurant. He told me if I wanted to do a to go order (I wanted to dine in but nevermind) I'd have to go to the other side of the bar and order it through the bartender who was standing by 4 other servers all talking. No one should have to wait and then chase staff all over the restaurant to give them their money. If this is how poorly the front of house operates I can only imagine how bad the back of house/kitchen probably is.

  Boston Pizza is great for consistency, but it's just another franchise restaurant. Good for a quick bite or a couple drinks with friends. Food and service is average.

  Terrible experience with a waitress named Kaitlin. She actually demanded ID when my friend wanted to go for a smoke during a game. Would not recommend going here as the service can be improved. Why support an establishment that judges people.
