  Four of us went to Caffino for dinner and the experience was exceptional. Tom was our server and it was the most outstanding service we have had at any restaurant yet. He was very helpful and honest with the menu, very attentive as well. We will be sure to go back again.

  Beautiful inviting decor. Restaurant is nestled inside the old Carpet Factory building, in an interesting area of Toronto. The food was good, not outstanding. Somewhat bland. We had several appetizers and mains. The service was great! They have a small patio in the back.

  We have been there several times with work as its right across the street from out office building. The food is great, but the service is terrible. Long waits for your food, bill or even a glass of water. We were these this week again for a coworkers birthday. Waited 15 minutes to order, another 15 minutes to get the bread served and our mains were on the table an hour later. We ordered a piece of cake for her after but after 20 minutes of it not arriving we had to cancel it and pay the bill so we can go back to work. One hour birthday lunch turned into 2 hour disaster. When we asked if they were short staffed they made a comment that they are just busy, not sure how two servers can run the bar and the whole restaurant at lunch hour.
