  really good cafe in Scarborough.great place for study meeting friends .staff are friendly.food and drink are good they make fresh to order.there sandwiches and power up bagel are great ,they crack the fresh egg .fresh food ,clean place and fast service. i notice many of the non paying customers who just come to do there meeting and business and stay without any order if they approach them to come place there order they write a bad comments which one not real .not agree with them.staff is good man work there always smile and provide great and fast service. they always make fresh food .make to order.AND YES THEY HAVE NICE AND FAST SERVICE. remember blaming is easy than appreciate someone.

  Went there this morning with a friend I was introducing the cafe to. My friend bought coffee and I didn't get anything because I was fasting, and we sat down at one of the many empty booths. When I went to get the WiFi password for my friend, the lady told me I had to buy something, to which I told her my friend did and she's using the WiFi (I already have ample data, don't need it). Then she answers if I wanted to sit I'd have to buy something. I can't come and sit if I'm not buying anything. At this point, I told her I'd usually buy coffee but can't because I'm fasting. Then she replies, "you still have to buy something. Take it to go or something. " Mind you, it's 9:30am and the place is practically empty. My friend bought a coffee, and I'm sitting with her but not buying anything because I'm fasting. The men standing next to us overhear the entire conversation and interject saying, "I think I'm hearing a human rights violations here. She told you she's fasting, and her friend bought a coffee. What's the problem? If you want, we bought two coffees, take ours and put it on there's as we're not staying here. The lady continued to argue that people have to buy something if they want to stat, which was ridiculous because my friends did. The men were on her case too at this point and she sick to get guns. Needless to say, i didn't buy anything and we stayed they for nearly two hours to spite her. I complained to the male manager who didn't speak English well when I was leaving and he apologized on her behalf and said he'd talk to her. Regardless, I'm never going back again. The coffee isn't great there to begin with, but I only go there for the nice cozy atmosphere and sincee it's the only coffee shop in that area. I'd be damned to give them business ever again and definitely don't recommend this place due to this experience.

  This place has a great atmosphere. I personally never had any bad customer service experience from here. Maybe it's because I always order something. If you like this place, just make a purchase and everyone is happy.

  its really a nice place with nice staff .great staff ,great service,,and great food and drink .went there for my first visit. nice staff with great and fast service.i will be back .not agree with others as they have slow service.
