I love jerk chicken. In fact it's my favorite choice of chicken bar none. I've had jerk chicken from close to 30 different establishments in Ontario over the years and I'm amazed and I'm shocked and proud that my very own city of Oshawa has the best jerk chicken I have ever had. Totally recommend cool runnings! Lastly the service was exceptional every time I've been. 5 stars easy

Went on a Sunday at 1pm so no crowd which meant I was able to enjoy a lovely well portioned lunch of jerk pork with spicy rice and peas. My wife had the stewed chicken with rice and peas which was also delicious. I loved the practical touch of a separate bowl for bones, etc. Great service, cozy friendly atmosphere!

Cool Runnings is a small, cozy and affordable place for carribean food. I haven't explored the whole menu. But I'm definitely going there again. Looking forward to trying more of what they have to offer.
