  Absolutely love this location! They are very friendly, professional and courteous! You can tell that the owner really cares about delivering excellent service. I have been going there for years and have recommended them to so many of my friends and family! The arrangements are always beautiful with the freshest fruits and best tasting chocolate! First class customer service and 5-star arrangements, every time!

  Terrible location. Special ordered a mothers day box of strawberries over thw phone. Clerk said initially they couldnt make it, then manager said he would when I said I would just go to my regular edible arrangements location. Was told I could pick it up in a couple of hours, got there and was told by the clerk that he hadnt made the ticket so my order wasnt made. Manager told him to sell me a box that another customer hadnt picked up, clearly not my special order. Was not apologized to by the clerk, manager never came out to say anything. Horrible experience, incompetent staff and terrible owner/manager. Completely incompetent francise, beware ordering from this location. Never had issues with the Unionville or Newmarket locations. I'll never make the same mistake again.

  It's not cheap but you have to know if the person is worth your spending. There was a little hiccup with availability for my choice of purchase but they offered alternatives and accommodation. It arrived on time and the recipient loved it. I would shop here again. They claim to open at 9am but couldn't get through until 10:45.
