- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We came here for the $6 breakfast special and really enjoyed it. The food was fresh simple and delicious. Their home fries are more like chopped up and sautéed potatoes with onions which is a nice change from some dry fries at other places. I heard it gets crazy busy on weekends but i visited on a Wednesday and it was really quiet so I'd recommend doing that. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Was there for the 4th time since the Reno yesterday. Food came quickly since they weren't busy . The portions seemed smaller than before but more than enough for me. I really miss the coffee pots. It was nice before to not have to wait for the server to come by with refills. We were lucky this time because the restaurant was half empty, so our cups were refilled quickly. Other times, we have had to ask a server and then wait.By Chris Beatty, December 27, 2016

- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Not what it used to be! This cute brunch dive has been renovated since we last visited, and has changed quite a bit. The first clue should have been the wide choice of parking spots, even for our giant truck. Normally, there's a crowd waiting to get in on a Saturday morning. Not today! We walked right in and could have our choice of tables. The new decor is typical "lipstick on a pig" restaurant makeover show; the original dirt is still visible in the corners. Portions are smaller than they used to be, the syrup was cold, so it didn't flow out of its jar, prices seem a bit higher (but not unreasonable) and the hostess was rude: guiding us to our table, then blocking my seat so I couldn't sit until I asked her to move!
