  After a horrible experience elsewhere (won't mention their name), I was pleasantly surprised by the service at Gusto. It was a busy Saturday evening and they were able to provide us with seating at the bar. Granted the food took a little longer then expected but they offered complimentary appetizers to keep us tied over and the waitress was always attentive. I appreciate the small gestures Gusto took to make the overall experience enjoyable despite being a busy night. Food is always a hit here but service did it for me this time. Keep it up!

  I went for lunch with some colleagues for the first time. The rooftop area is a great place during the day. I ordered the shrimp pasta dish but got the mushroom one. I told them it wasnt what i ordered but accepted it because i was starving. The dish was great but wasn't what i wanted. When the bill came the server told me that they didn't charge me for my dish because they made a mistake. Now I'm inclined to go back again for that shrimp pasta dish. THAT is great customer service and THAT is why I'll go back. Good job!

  Love the rustic, automotive industry feel decor to the place. Great set up from the ground floor to the upstairs (patio) area. Be sure to ask to go upstairs to scout out some seats. Great in house wine to go with any meal on the menu. Servers were all attentive to finished dishes and our waiter was super knowledgeable. Portion of food can be bigger, but quality over quantity ; the food itself was delish.

  If you check my review history I am not one to give a bad review as I always give 4-5 stars to businesses I believe in because I want them to grow. However, I believe this place deserves a 1 star review at the way we were treated. My party went there and we were given a 2 hour wait time. I'm cool with that, I waited before at other restaurants for 2 hours and at those places I always came away impressed by the food and the service where I didn't even remember I waited 2 hours. However this place is different. The food was average and definitely not worth the 2 hour wait. What made me angry is that the hostess came out and gave us so much attitude when my dad went into ask how much longer we had to wait. We are paying customers that were about to drop hundreds of dollars on a meal there, and to be spoken to like that was completely unfair. I get that you are busy but I been to many busy restaurants where they have handled the customer better. I won't be going back and won't be recommending this place.

  The food is SO good (although I found the pizza too tough to cut through with the tools provided) and the venue itself is adorable. We didn't get the opportunity to sit outside, but I would highly recommend it - inside is way too loud. Service is great and prices are appropriately steep. Be prepared to dish out at least $50 per person.
