  A staple in the toronto night life scene for years! Still has the same feel. Great bands. Cheap beers and you can order a&w from a window in the bar! What!

  The Horseshoe is a great little bar that has live shows. Sound is decent. Space is not massive but that's ok. Shows here to then have that more intimate feeling. Small front patio offers a good chance to chill on the otherwise tight-assed snobby part of Queen Street. Street parking only. Easy streetcar access.

  The Horseshoe is such a big part of the Toronto music scene and it's history that the city should make it an official historical place. Truly Legendary! It also has an amazing sound system.

  After a great evening out we decided to end the night by checking out what bands were playing at the Horseshoe. We got a drink each and I started a tab anticipating we would stay till close. After I finished my first drink I went to the bar to get another one. There were 2 male bartenders, one an older man with a long beard kept ignoring me while he served everyone around me. I must've stood there for at least 20 minutes with no service. Then I moved to a different part of the bar hoping I'd get served, but same result. Needless to say I wasn't very happy by this time. I paid and left. The arrogance of the bartenders is through the roof! I am hoping this is a one off incident, but after this I'll think twice before I go there again!

  Legendary music venue. Great beer selection. Can catch a show almost any night of the week.
