- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Absolutely amazing. The best ever. Loved my room. It was cozy, liked the windows etc. I am NOT easy to impress but I was IMPRESSED by your staff the most. Your hotel staff "Sun" & "Al" are phenomenal. I think "Ahmed" in the restaurant was good too. The omelette for breakfast was the BEST omelette I have had. Second only to the omelettes my mom makes. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆With the exception of a front desk manager and a really wonderful waiter working breakfast named Adam, the rest of the staff is either very poorly trained or the "systems" they operate under are extremely outdated or incompetent. We had request to pay cash upfront for our entire stay rather than receive an unfavorable currency exchange rate. However, the staff was unable to properly accommodate us and we were forced to pay 2 nights on our card before they finally figured out how to reflect that. This was a very frustrating experience to have to wake up every day to an argument with hotel personnel, having to call my bank for them to reverse hotel charges, and taking valuable time away from our vacation preventing us from fully enjoying the area. As if this was not bad enough, the room was extremely hit and uncomfortable. The air conditioner is OBVIOUSLY not working and it was MISERABLE at its best!By Lourdes Ermer, January 08, 2017
