Saddest KFC ever. They've given up on life.

Working on a community mural project in this plaza and went there for lunch. The food and service were both bad. This whole plaza seems to really need some invigoration, right now the mood in the whole plaza is not very warm, friendly or inviting and unfriendly staff really reinforce this.
