  First time officially eating Ethiopian cuisine. Chose to come her over Nazareth as it was a cold spring day and we wanted to experience the coffee ceremony. The food was great, the beef was a bit over cooked, but, overall no complaints with the quality and quantity. I believe it was somewhat over priced and was very disspointed that "the person" that makes the coffee wasn't there. It was 5:00 pm on a Saturday. Considering that was one of the deciding factors over Nazareth and knowing the price was a bit more here - I was disappointed. Overall, reasonably friendly staff, delicious food, price on the higher end.

  Service great, staff friendly and the food speaks for itself. Only issue we eat on the lounge side when the restaurant is pack, and the music is just way to loud. Like you cannot have a conversation with the person right beside you.

  Some of, if not the, best Ethiopian food I have had the pleasure of eating. Dining in treats you to a vibrant atmosphere where you feel warm and welcome. Ordering a pot of Ethiopian coffee becomes almost second nature here. Lalibela is also my go-to restaurant for Ethiopian takeout. Call ahead but be prepared to wait a few minutes as they pack your order hot and fresh.
