  Have been coming here for years. Good food. Came 10 minutes earlier than my party and they wouldn't seat me even though there are lots of empty tables. Weird policy.

  Food at this lively restaurant is very good. Now...for the cons: staff can be both pleasant or uncouth (female server). What's with the seating policy guys? Can't seat people until their party arrives? Pure nonsense. And the tool behind the bar (the owner/manager)...dude, smile once in a while. It wouldn't kill you. And while I have your attention, may I advise you not to fight/argue with patrons on the dining room floor over foolishness that really doesn't deserve an argument. It's shocking to see that you don't have any conflict resolution skills let alone customer service skills: a must in this industry. You spoiled a perfectly nice evening for patrons who witnessed your boarish behaviour. Judging by other reviewers, this seems to be a common theme with this mook. No coal in his Christmas stocking---perhaps a more appropriate gift would be a gift card to Chapters for a good self-help book.

  Food is always delicious, their specials always keep things fresh, and the price is very fair. Will not find a better combination of food, service, price in the city!
