  Great looking store; the renovations really made a big difference. Unfortunately, the prices are significantly higher than some of the same products down the street at No Frills. I get it... we pay for the services, hot foods availability, etc., but to have such a price difference seems egregious.

  Our local grocery store. On the plus side it was newly renovated in 2015 so it looks quite nice. There are some friendly staff. For the health food people they added in a whole health food/vegan/gluten section. Their bakery is quite nice. On the down side their deli staff have always been abysmal. We never use it because the service is horrible. Despite complaints they continued to use sharp advertising practises (eg: signs like 'our new low grape prices are $3.99 lb' when just the day before they were $2.99 - the manager justifying this because their 'regular' price is higher. But there is no 'regular' price. The price changes weekly.) The bathroom is almost always a disgusting disaster. Rarely clean and often out of soap and toilet paper. They promised a change table when renovating but that never materialized. They switched out two of the self-checkouts and replaced them with four tiny self checkouts making them useless. The only full service checkout that is always open is a small 'express' one. Big full service checkout desks sit idle while they keep an uncomfortably tiny one open. I could go on and on. I have had numerous conversations with the manager with him disappointing me every single time. If there was a better store within a reasonable distance we would use it. We are stuck with this one.
