  Mind you, we were warned in advance that food would take longer because it was 'busier', our food consistently came out lukewarm and missed one of the items ordered. Service was okay (though are server did judge our choices) but, the organization in the restaurant was off. They claimed it was busy but half way through our time there, it emptied. The food quality however, was still dismal. The menu says one thing but, menu items feature less items (for example, season veg is 3 asparagus....). Also, portions were small. Finally, the food is overpriced. When I told friends of mine, they shared similar stories... I definitely won't be returning.

  Thee food was really bland. I had the mushroom Brie burger. The meat was dry and bland. I had to ask for HP sauce. It didn't help much. Fries were good I guess. But I didn't feel like they had a good menu either. I almost switched restaurants after seeing the menu. They could only give one person the scene points even though we got out own bills. I would not go back there. Mostly because of the food though

  I asked to collect scene points on our meals. The lady proceeds to swipe the card and gives it back. We ask if she REDEEMED points on the card, she said yes and walked away. She comes back after 20 minutes and took the points off the card and applied it to the meal. I told her I did not want to redeem and wanted to collect points from the meal. The service was terrible - very slow. Very unhappy with the service, my boyfriend is still dealing with them and it has been a week. I will never go to a Milestones again. I've work in customer service since I was 14 years old and I give credit to those who go above and beyond or when a service is good. Unfortunately for my boyfriend and I we decided to go with the wrong restaurant that night.

  I am writing this review for my Mom. She went to the Yonge & Dundas location on June 29, with a group of 35 who went to see a show. This was all organized ahead of time, but the experience was inconsistent and terrible. First of all, the group was placed at a table in the mezzanine, vs. in the restaurant, which would have been fine given the size of the group, however the mezzanine was dark, musty with little to no air flow or air conditioning, so this started the bad experience. The wait staff were unorganized and seemed very flustered the whole time, and it took over an hour for entrees to come out. When entrees did arrive, the food was cold. When the entrees were done, the servers didn't even offer the group coffee. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, particularly for this large group.
