  May 2nd, 2017.....9:am my wife and I come here almost every second day for a coffee and some baked goods. Today the staff on duty provided terrible service. I asked the girl who made my espresso to wipe off the table as it was not clean after the previous customer ...she made a face , came to our table and wiped the table partly off ...I understand that this job is perhaps not the most desirable job to for a millennial but please if I spend money in this establishment every second day, at least do not make it so obvious that you hate your job. Being on your phone checking social media while you are preparing my wife's latte is actually not a cool thing....believe it or not. Greeting customers when they arrive and saying good-bye is also something that they should do... I like this place but frankly the service needs huge improvement....

  This shop was so wonderful and enticing! Everyone in Toronto said that it was amazing and it definitely did not disappoint. I got a bunch of stuff to go and the guy that was packing them was so thoughtful! He taped the paper platforms onto the box so that they wouldn't slide around on my long trek back to Philly. I can't wait to come back and eat more of these amazing creations!

  Far from the best macarons I've had. 2 out of 6 had a dent in them. For 3$ a piece, that's not acceptable. Flavors don't come through as much as they could.

  Unfortunately I'm going to have to give Nadege 2 stars due to the uncomfortable atmosphere. The two young ladies working wouldn't stop staring at me with the rudest facial expressions while I was there, no smiles at all... It got to the point where I actually asked if they were closed or trying to close the shop because thats the type of vibe I was getting from them (they weren't). I left within 6 minutes, not even finishing my cup of tea because I was just so uncomfortable.
