  My service started off very very poor. Soon as I entered this establishment with my party we attempted to inform the greeter the size of the party when a customer began to yell at another customer about being seated first when the person was just trying to let the greeter know their party size. To my amazement the greeter made no attempt to resolve or take control of the situation. This experience made the atmosphere seem negative... like my patronage was not particularly valued. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant after this negative experience, especially with the food and service being so underwhelming. There are many other establishments that fill this niche who will gladly appreciate my business.

  The servers werent friendly and their service was very poor. They seem to only care about getting paid. I never saw them smile during my stay at Perkins. Also they didnt even bring the spoon and fork until I asked. The food was tasty but pricey.
