  Service and value is good. An odd complaint, as it were, in that the menu is too large with too much choice. Place can be a bit noisy, but that's typical for a mall restaurant.

  Pretty much the same as always. Suprisingly not too busy this day ( 6:45 Friday) so we got seated right away. First day of the new Canada 150 menu, nice selection of different items. Wine was dead cold as we like and the server brought the ice bucket at the same time. (sometimes we have to ask for one) Food was up to usual PB quality as attested to by the "nothing left on them" plates that were quickly cleared away. Skipped desert this time, the bill & card machine came in good time. Server Nicole brought her A-game tonight for sure.

  I used to love this place. After reading the reviews I couldn't believe that it got that bad. I should have believed it but instead I went in to try them out. I waiting 30 minutes for a table which is fine but I then go in to find empty tables and I guess they do that to control flow. No problems yet I'm fine with it. Looking to order and took a while from my waiter. Again very nice guy but I saw a couple things I didn't like. I ordered a special dish that came with steak, shrimp, greens, and Caesar salad. Nachos for appitizer that ruined my appetite because it was too well done the chips. Salsa and sour cream on top of it all very sloppy and didn't ask if that was fine with me. Ordered beef with it and got two burnt prices. The main came and tasted dry and had no special taste it was as if I was hungry and had to eat anything. Sorry to the management for putting this review up but I hope you take this as a learning curve and fix the place. First your staff has to look a little more presentable and change your chef because that's where the love comes from and I felt no love. $85 later and I'm left in satisfied. Call me when you fix things and I will gladly try you again and put up a new review if things change.

  The service was horrible I was so disappointed with the food. My fried chicken and waffles came with barely any maple syrup had to request more. The chicken was non existent it was all batter. The bacon on our BBBLT was really undercooked. They were nice enough to comp for this meal. Wrong drinks were served to our table making it s longer wait. Over all horrible. The best part was the hostess she was nice.
