  Pizza Nova is one of the better pizza chains in the GTA. This location in particular is superior to other ones I've been to. Keep up the good work.

  Kind of disappointed that I ordered a large pizza with 10 slices and I got a pizza with 8 slices. When I called them I was told because it was in a large pizza box it was large and was just cut wrong, and that was the end of the conversation. The customer service rep was very short on the phone and sounded annoyed... well guess what so am I since I was just ripped off! It's sad because we used to order from here pretty frequently but I think I will look somewhere else. 40 dollars for a "large" pizza and 10 wings... totally disappointed by this and how it was resolved

  need better coordination with call centre (they said 'ready in 20' minutes ended up being almost 50 because the were busy)...front line staff pleasant but weak service skills when busy -seemed confused...usually a decent experience
