  The atmosphere was fun on a Saturday night. I was a bit thrown off by a $10 cover but overall worth it. The jazz band playing kept the mood upbeat with great tempo. Be prepared to stake out a spot as it was very crowded on a Saturday night. Though it was easy to get the bartenders attention for drinks.

  Great music but terrible tender attitude. Very argumentative and reactive. Bad combination working a bar...Been going to reservoir since 08' and this was the first time a bar tender reprimanded me for ordering a drink, twice!! Telling me 'don't do that' and then threatening not to serve me. Don't do what? Assert myself and get a drink..??? By this time I had already waited 10 min for my first drink as he served people twice over. I'm not super pushy with my drinks but I don't like feeling as though I'm a trouble maker. Give me my drink, eye contact or something that lets people they're being served. Very bad vibes from an older male bartender, and after we brought our party of 15 and spent our money all we got was accosted and wasted time. Disappointing reservoir. Customer service for ALL ages and cultures needs to be better observed. I guess because the music is ALWAYS amazing, the staff might believe that's good enough. We'll I don't know about that.
