Coffee always tastes burnt. I love the second cup by my work (the one in the Scotia plaza-- amazing!!) But for some reason every time I frequent this location the espresso based beverages taste burnt or off or something, but not good. My boyfriend usually gets their brewed coffee and says that it isn't good at all. Maybe they should look into cleaning their machines more often? Something to fix this issue. Yuck! Giving one star because the staff is friendly.

Asked for a dark roast coffee they gave me a weak watered down coffee..waste of money. They said thats how they make it??Disappointedr. Going back to Tims.
