Was a great Starbucks until recently (this year). I was at this location this past Saturday and the staff were very unpleasant (they looked like zombies!),and tired looking and unenthused (maybe hungover??!!). This is not the "starbucks" experience that we pay more money for our coffee to receive. I ordered my two drinks and the cashier didn't even say thankyou after I gave her my money.... then we waited a long time for our drinks and they never took our name down on the cup to call out when our order was ready. There was two drinks thrown on to the counter and when I asked if they were ours she gave us attitude. When I said "sorry I wasn't sure", she was like "its ok". Not sure why she made it seem like I needed to apologize? THEY NEED STARBUCKS STAFF WHO ARE COMMITTED TO THE STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE!!!
