  I had lunch here and it was absolutely fantastic. It's up on the 36th floor, so the view was excellent. The washroom isn't located in the restaurant, but across the hall in the changeroom of the athletic centre. The noise level was high closer to the window, but we were seated near the bar, which was comfortable, roomier and quieter. My lunch was delicious as well. I had the mixed organic greens with a salmon fillet and the sherry vinaigrette was surprisingly thick and creamy. The salmon was done on the rarer side of medium and I usually prefer it to be a bit more well done. The service was courteous and attentive, even though they got my companion's order wrong. She had asked for a kale salad with cheddar but was given blue cheese instead. The food wasn't inexpensive, but you come to expect that of a restaurant in the TD Tower.

  The view is fantastic, that's definitely the high point of the experience. The menu is pretty short and simple, very "clean" food given this is associated with the gym club across the hall (the place actually share the gym's washroom). Decent list of beer and wine, nothing extensive. The wine prices are about 50% higher than similar places, and food prices are about the same as others in the financial district. Service is pretty good, but we were there for a pretty quite early evening. The food are decent but nothing memorable. Wife had the tuna nicoise salad which she is not impressed with. My mom had the shrimp, which was better. I had the strip loin, it's decent sized with plenty of seasoning, tasty but does not compare to Keg or other steak house's offering. It is certainly worth a visit for the view, but probably not a second time.

  Lots of entrees in the $25-30 range, so it's pricier than your standard steakhouse. But it competes in location, cuisine, and overall dining experience with the flagship restaurants of double the price. Maybe one step down in fine dining, but three steps down in cost. A fine place for ordinary folks to go for a "fancy" dinner. Great view! Book a reservation for a window table!
