  I called swiss chat let and placed an order at 9:20 pm and was told my food should be here no later than 10:25! As of now it is 10:50 pm I have called Them and they are closed and no body has called me to even explain why my food is not here .terrible service. And me and my family were really looking forward to eating all together having a late dinner. Now I'm sitting here food less and hungry . Thanks swiss chalet. And on top of that this swiss chalet is a 2 minute drive away from us and we still didn't get our food

  The food comes cold. I've been here a few times and they always sit us right next to the loud kitchen and the food is never hot. People are nice but that Dosent make up for a restaurant with sub par food

  Totally renovated and really nice and comfortable. Added a Harvey's to this location. Has great seating for both Swiss chalet and Harvey's. Only experienced Harvey's service that day but the servers were warm and friendly. The food was hot and tasted great. Really happy to have this location close by. Also for those who face barriers they have redone the restaurant with that in mind. The hallways and doorway to the washroom hall is wide and also has buttons to open the doors. There is a separate washroom for those with disabilities. I did not see them but the woman's washroom was very clean. Hope my review helps!
