  When you get a craving for tapas, you gotta have tapas, Tapas at Embrujo has good tapas. Solid selection of the standards with a couple of standouts--baked goat cheese and eggplant with honey--though nothing absolutely mind blowing. Service though was excellent and we'll be going back.

  First off I just wanted to write that if I could've given it 3.5 stars I would've so 4 will still do it justice. We got in at 8:45 exactly because we had reservations for that time. The waitress told us to wait a little, even though we saw a couple empty tables we waited about 10 mins to get our table. As soon as we sat down we ordered the 60 dollar paella because it says it would take 40 mins to make, after all that's the main reason we went there for! After ordering that we decided to look at the tapas. We ordered the lamb and the clams. Since we knew the Paella would take 40 minutes to make we thought we'd at least have our appetizers pretty quickly. Sadly that wasn't the case, every person after us that ordered immeidiately got their tapas and other appetizers. We waited an hour and 10 mins to get the first part of our tapas which was the lamb, then another 15 mins to get the clams!! Although the wait was long for the tapas, they were REALLY delicious. Almost makes you forget that we waited that long for them. Then the paella finally came!!! The best part of the meal!!! We didn't mind the wait or the price because it was absolutely delicious!! Perfect blend of spices and meat portion was reasonable! If you have never tried Paella definitely come to this place first! Amazing food and very emotional live entertainment.

  Great Value and delicious Tapas and the paella Bomba was to die for ! Flamenco show was amazing and at no extra cost it just added to the value. I will be back, hopefully for my birthday next time
