  Good customer service. The staff at this location is very friendly. My orders are always perfect when i go inside but when i order from car they dont seem to love making my orders. Well, good place to sit and have food and coffee so why not go inside to order.

  I just went to this location and they constantly get things wrong or forget something off my order when I go through the drive-thru so this time I went in. It was not busy but yet I had to wait almost 10 mins to get loaded wedges, a sandwich and a tropical fruit chill. The drink came fast but everything else was slow. Then I went to eat my loaded wedges and THEY ARE OLD, DRY AND ALMOST BURNT! It's like eating cold fries! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I waited 10 mins for non-fresh food?!?! I had to call to complain and when I called they took forever to answer the phone and then there was no manager on duty. This is the closest Tim Hortons to my work place and my son's school however after today I will NOT be going back! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I'm afraid to open my sandwich :(
