Always such slow service at busy times and never enough staff working or if there enough staff they are not serving customers but rather taking inventory for ordering or something else

You'll be waiting half an hour for your double double. It's a one person run Tim Hortons. Not a quick stop. Maybe there are two people in the morning. But I've always waited at least 5 minutes for a coffee especially if the person before you orders a whole combo.
