I remember going to Udupi Palace decades ago with my folks. I had the dosa. The set up doesn't look much different these days, but the dosa is still excellent.

A rare authentic south Indian cuisine. Very friendly staff. Clean and vibrant environment.

This use to be our go to place from last few years. The service and food use to be amazing. We went last few times around 9.30 and the customer service and food quality have been outrageously bad. I wished they can just tell the customer when the kitchen closes instead of letting them in and hovering around the table waiting for them to be done. The food quality around the closing time is extremely crappy. As a customer I paid the same amount as I would have if I had came earlier. You lost 3 loyal customers tonight. Sorry and good luck for future.
