- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆{Visited - Thursday, Feb 23/17 at 7:30PM} First time at Windies upon recommendation from my friend. Also my first time going a West Indian Restaurant. Rather than choosing something from the menu we both had the Windies Special - Beef. Chicken. Shrimp. and Fried Chicken on top of Rice. For $11.00 the portion was more than worth it!
