  My sister and I walked into Montana's to grab a bite after a long exhausting day. We waited at the door about 3 minutes prior to seeing a woman who worked at the place who asked us if we wanted a seat. We said yes please. She took us and sat us down and gave us menus. 5 minutes passes by and they came around again and asked if we were ready, however we needed more time. 10 minutes elapsed and then the manager came and took our order. After placing the order we waited a mere 50 minutes for our food and mind you the place is completely empty! When we received the food my sister's chicken was burnt, and my burger was over cooked. All in all it was a bad experience except for when the manager came and asked us how the food was and we explained it to her and she apologized and gave us 20% off the meal. Clearly the manager is doing her job while the others are sleeping. I'm sure to stay away from this location for good, I've never had a bad experience with the amounts of times I've gone to Montana's.

  Good steak and rib dishes, and great beef ribs you wouldn't find in many places. Good selection of beers, attentive service, nice patio, lots of parking right next to the entrance. Prices in line with other steakhouse chains.

  Just had a less than satisfactory meal! Arrived with my 88 year old father in law to celebrate my birthday. ( It was last week) We stood at the door for several minutes before being seated in a booth the furthest from the door. Did I mention Dad uses a cane! We waited for over 5 minutes before we even saw the waitress, we all ordered the ribs. We waited for about 30 minutes for our order, mine was cold! Waitress had a manager come over and she replaced my order. That took another 10 minutes! When we received our bill no compensation was made. Great celebration! Not!!

  Came here for dinner last night. This place has been around since I was in high school and always had pretty good memories of it. What was not good at this place though was their salted caramel dessert. It was terrible. It was just like eating pure caramel which was way too sweet for me. The only salty part was they put pretzels in it but it didn't make a difference at all. Other than that some of the food isn't too bad but it's not the greatest either. They took out their fried ice cream which I'm sad about.
