  Ordered take out of a 20 piece family meal that comes with two large sides and 6 biscuits. Service was quick but I thought the price was about steep ($35.99+HST). I noticed the server putting in plastic cutlery in the bag and since I didn't need them to eat at home, I opened the bag to return them. There was one set of their plastic utensils. She as going to give me one set of utensils for a 20 piece family meal? Did I look that lonely that she thought I was eating alone? (FYI my wife and baby were waiting in the car outside.) Along with the single set of knife and fork, she had given me 5 packs of ketchup and 5 packs of hot sauce. Again, this was for a 20 piece combo. That's one packet of ketchup and packet of hot sauce for every 4 pieces. Is there a ketchup famine in the country? Came home and opened the box of chicken to see 12 pieces. Some pieces were larger than a drum stick, but count-wise there were 12 separate pieces. Do they count larger pieces as two or three pieces? Not impressed. The chicken was supposed to be half hot and half mild. But they were all in the same box so it was unclear which half was hot or mild until you would taste it, and even then it wasn't super obvious. The Cajun fries would have tasted better crispy and fresh, but by the time we got to eating them 25 minute later, they were soggy and limp. It's not entirely their fault but just a heads up for anyone ordering large fries to go. Lastly, what I thought were to be Popeye's Chicken specialty/staple, the biscuits, I found them dry and very salty. I don't imagine going back to Popeyes at this location or anywhere else.

  Given this place more than couple of times to redeem themselves. They serve cold/old chicken. Customer service is another horror story. Love Popeyes but will absolutely avoid this particular one.
