  Dirty restaurant! Have a look in their kitchen before ordering ANYTHING. Food left out of the fridge, on the floor in pails, items on the menu aren't what you receive on your plate. Totally allergy unaware and risky if you do suffer as they WILL not ensure the allergen doesn't end up on your plate. Beware of the surly OWNER who doesn't want to address the food handling dangers in this unfortunate franchise location. Whimpys is a good restaurant but not this particular location. So disgusting. This restaurant needs a deep clean and the black mold situation in their basement addressed for years now. AVOID this location, go to the one at Bathurst & Sheppard 10 minutes away which is really safe, clean and organized.

  Very friendly staff food is delicious Southwest eggs Benedict are a jewel they are cooked with perfection very well done I will be back soon and more often

  Food is always great and staff are attentive and friendly. Started coming here recently after discovering this little hidden treasure.

  Worst service ever!!! And mediocre food at best! This is my first review ever and I am not one to complain but this time I felt I had to share the experience I had at this place. Me and my boyfriend live in the area and came to wimpys for breakfast to try it out. Our server came right away and ask if we want something to drink we ordered coffee and she brought it fast. When we were ready to order she came over and I started telling her what I want. Every two seconds she would interrupt me and not let me finish my order because she always thought I was done and tried to speed it up she did it about 3 times and trust me I am not a slow talker. This was rude! Next because she wasn't writing anything down, she got my boyfriends order wrong and blamed him that he made it sound like what she punch in which are totally different things and don't sounds alike what so ever. Second she forgot my side hollandaise sauce which when she brought tasted so bad that I asked her to take it off the bill anyways because I couldn't eat it. My boyfriends order took extra 10 minutes to be ready which by that time I already finished my food. Not once after she brought our food she asked if it was ok or not. Then I asked her for the bill. I put 50$ on the table. She came back without the bill and just took my money without even me seeing the bill and came back with the change. This time I actually told her she shouldn't take people's money without at least permission or them seeing the bill. This is very wrong!!! And lastly when you screw someone's order like that at least take it off the bill or do something to change the persons experience from bad to good. But instead they just added extra charge to the wrong item she punched in because it was one dollar cheaper. Embarrassing!!
