I ordered a Americano they first handed me a medium cup with 1/4 filled with coffee after I went back to let them know what happened they decided to put hot water into the cup, what I got was a watered down version of hot coffee. In disbelief I walked out and trashed the so called coffee, better to goto McDonald's or coffee time in the same area.
