  You get what you pay for. In this case, some of the best animal parts in town. Everything they have is delicious. Great cuts of steak, incredible sausages, skewers... anything you would want to throw on a grill. Whoever supplies their bomb tzatziki also deserves a shout out - Don't forget to pick some up if you're making souvlaki.

  We cancelled a steakhouse dinner and wanted to find something a little different and a cut above. On the advice of a friend, we ended up here where Nicola, owner and son of the late owner Vincente, runs the place with his staff. It's a small, busy shop where the staff know their meats and will answer all your questions. We got two grass-fed Wellington County rib eyes that were incredible, among the best steak I have eaten for flavor and marbling. We also picked two Mennonite farm raised chicken legs which we grilled the following day. Again, incredible flavor, unlike any chicken you would have at your typical supermarkets - reminded me of the chicken I would eat when I was a kid. Nicola and I struck a conversation in Italian over his roots and mine, the merits of Italian Vs Canadian beef and pork, and it all felt like I had been transported back to a Little Italy Martin Scorsese scene, in a bygone era where neighborhoods were defined by the local artisans and merchants that crowded the streets. We'll be back to try their acclaimed sausages and more of their amazing beef and chicken.

  Pat and Nick have always taken care of me. I dont live in the area but go there for requested special cuts and whole pigs a couple times a year. The team has always been happy to meet my needs and great at showing me what they have. Reading the google reviews and surprised at the negative reviews. This is a true butcher shop, let them know what you need and they will make it happen. Build your relationship and it will be your go to place for meat. If ur a hipster and don't wanna take the time go somewhere else
